The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for overseeing all pastry and bakery operations, including the preparation and presentation of desserts, cakes, pastries, and baked goods. The role ensures high standards of food quality, consistency, hygiene, and food safety while developing creative menu items, managing food costs, controlling inventory, and leading the pastry team to deliver an exceptional guest dining experience.
