Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake breads, pastries, rolls, and other bakery products according to standard recipes. Ensure product quality, taste, presentation, and consistency. Plan and prepare daily bakery production according to operational requirements. Maintain proper storage and rotation of ingredients and finished products. Monitor ingredient usage and help control food costs and waste. Ensure the bakery work area and equipment are clean and well maintained. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use. Support buffet, banquet, restaurant, and special-event bakery requirements. Assist in maintaining appropriate stock levels and inform the supervisor when supplies are required. Guide and support Commis Chefs and other team members in daily bakery tasks. Work closely with other Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to support smooth hotel operations.
