General Manager

General Manager (GM) Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Manage the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L. Oversee all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Engineering. Monitor KPIs and ensure departmental objectives are achieved. Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality. Recruit, develop, and motivate department heads and employees. Build strong relationships with hotel owners, business partners, and local authorities. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety regulations. Identify business opportunities to increase occupancy, revenue, and market competitiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a General Manager or Executive-level hotel manager. Strong background in hotel operations, revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis. Proven leadership and strategic planning skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Fluent in spoken and written English. Experience with international hotel standards is an advantage.
