-Check-in and Check-out guests -Handle reservations and create bookings in the hotel system -Answer incoming calls and guest inquiries -Provide information and assistance to guests -Handle guest requests and basic guest complaints -Coordinate room status with Housekeeping -Assist with walk-in guests and room reservations -Work together with other departments to ensure smooth guest service
