1.แผนก Housekeeping (แผนกแม่บ้าน) •ตำแหน่ง Asst. Chief Gardener (หัวหน้าคนสวน) •คุณสมบัติเบื้องต้น: - เพศชาย - สัญชาติไทย อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี - มีสุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรง - มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานสวน - มีความรู้เรื่องการใช้อุปกรณ์คนสวน - มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี - มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีความรับผิดชอบ กระตือรือร้น และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับคนอื่นได้ดี - มีความรู้เรื่องการรักษาต้นไม้ การตกแต่งต้นไม้ให้สวยงาม และสามารถออกแบบสวนได้ 2.แผนก Sales&Marketing •ตำแหน่ง Asst. E-Commerce Mgr. / E-Commerce & Revenue Mgr. •Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in any related filed. - Possess strong experience in E-Commerce and Hotel Revenue Management. - Very well experience in the usage of Channel Manager – SiteMinder, hotel PMS – Comanche, Reservations system, OTA Extranets & B2C Platforms. - A good team player and problem-solving attitude. - Excellent written & verbal English. - Excellent in Microsoft Office. •Job Description - Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Daily monitor rates and inventory on OTAs and other online distribution channels i.e. B2C platforms including Hotel’s website to make sure our rates and inventory are always available, up-to-date and competitive in the market. - Regularly check hotel content, images on OTAs and B2C platforms including hotel’s website to make sure all information is correct and up-to-date. - Monitoring and optimizing channel mix to maximize revenue across different platforms. - Work with the Reservations team to manage room inventory during critical periods, ensuring the hotel maximizes its revenue. - Work with the E-Commerce & Revenue team to analyzing market trends and competitor pricing to develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies on various channels. - Work with the Revenue team to maximize room revenue by utilizing yield management techniques. - Work closely with the Marketing team on online marketing initiatives and website functionality. - Create or join promotional/campaigns regularly on all Online Distribution Channels. - Assisting in measuring, analyzing, and reporting e-Commerce performances and suggesting tactics improvements and new activities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key OTAs to enhance hotel listings and visibility. - Find an opportunity and expand hotel to other possibility Online Channels/Platforms to help generate more revenue to the hotel. 3.แผนก Accouting (แผนกบัญชี) •ตำแหน่ง AR&Income Supervisor (หัวหน้างานบัญชีรายรับ) คุณสมบัติ 1. ทัศนคติดี 3. อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี 4. มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ 5. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี 6. มีบุคลิกภาพที่เหมาะสมกับงานบริการ 7. มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานได้ตามเวลาที่กำหนด 8. มีประสบการณ์ ในสายงาน 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป (สำหรับผู้ที่สมัครในระดับ Supervisor) 9. จบการศึกษาในด้านการบัญชีหรือมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวข้องกับสายงานบัญชีในตำแหน่ง 4.แผนก Front Office (แผนกต้อนรับ) •ตำแหน่ง Duty Manager 1 Position Qualification; - Positive attitude, responsibility, and teamwork spirit. - Excellent interpersonal skills, service-minded, and guest-oriented. - Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems effectively. - Good knowledge of front office operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest relations. - Strong English communication skills (spoken & written); additional languages are an advantage. - Previous experience as Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or Guest Service Agent in a hotel (1–2 years preferred).
