Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) • Extensive end to end recruitment experience hiring across a broad range of roles, departments and countries (South East Asia experience is advantageous); internal recruitment experience preferred • Ability to obtain detailed job briefs from Hiring Managers and consult, advise and influence where required • Extensive experience with implementing behavioural interview methodology and other recruitment methods to suit the vacancy or project • Ability to build effective business relationships with all stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Advanced problem solving abilities combined with high level business acumen to form and implement effective sourcing and retention strategies • Ability to operate at an operational and strategic level as required • Project management skills and experience • Demonstrates a sense of urgency, achievement and drive
