Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities • Drive Local and international inbound business, room nights and revenue to Club Wyndham Patong Hill Phuket. • Develop and execute the resort’s sales strategy across key source markets. • Identify and develop new international markets, accounts and distribution opportunities. • Build strong relationships with inbound, wholesalers, tour operators, travel agents, DMCs, OTAs and other travel partners. • Grow the resort’s presence across key inbound markets including Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, China, Taiwan India, the Middle East and other identified growth markets. • Proactively source new business and establish new commercial partnerships. • Manage and grow existing key accounts while continually identifying opportunities for additional production. • Conduct regular sales calls, account reviews and partner engagement. • Represent Club Wyndham Patong Hill Phuket at relevant international trade shows, roadshows, sales missions and industry events. • Coordinate familiarisation trips, site inspections and partner visits to the resort. • Work closely with Revenue Management to ensure sales activity supports occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall revenue strategy. • Work collaboratively with Corporate Marketing to develop targeted international campaigns, packages and tactical promotions. • Identify need periods and develop sales strategies to generate incremental demand. • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and changes in international travel patterns. • Develop tactical offers and packages appropriate to individual international markets. • Negotiate commercial agreements and account terms within approved parameters. • Maintain an active sales pipeline with clear targets, account plans and measurable results. • Provide regular reporting on account production, market performance, sales activity and future opportunities. • Ensure all sales activity delivers profitable and sustainable business for the resort.
