Project Quality Control Manager

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field - Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction quality control, site supervision. - Experience in luxury villa, hospitality, or high-end residential developments preferred - Strong knowledge of construction detailing, finishing quality, materials, and workmanship standards - Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation - Hands-on experience coordinating with contractors, consultants and project management teams - Familiarity with quality control systems, defect tracking, and project reporting tools - Strong communication and coordination skills in English with cross-functional teams Location: Phuket, Thailand Apply Now Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to: [email protected] [email protected]
