•Male/Female, age approximately 40 years and above. •A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required for this position. •Able to communicate in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing at a working level). •Experience in construction project coordination or architectural-related work is an advantage. •High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good time management skills. •Good interpersonal skills, able to work well with others and coordinate effectively across multiple departments. •Basic computer skills (MS Office). •Own a personal vehicle and able to travel to project sites in other provinces (if required).
