Security Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans. - Manage and supervise security officers and contractors. - Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security technologies. - Conduct security risk assessments and site inspections. - Investigate security incidents, theft, accidents, and policy violations. - Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and government agencies when required. - Prepare security reports, incident reports, and performance metrics. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. - Manage security budgets and vendor contracts. - Deliver security awareness training to employees.
