Public Area Attendant

Position Purpose Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of all public areas while providing friendly and professional service to guests. Key Responsibilities • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas including lobby, front office, restrooms, stairways, restaurants, offices, and surrounding areas. • Ensure furniture, fixtures, and equipment are clean and well-maintained, and report maintenance issues. • Handle cleaning equipment carefully and follow Housekeeping SOP standards. • Provide friendly and professional service and respond promptly to guest requests or comments. • Support restaurant and public restroom cleaning duties when assigned. • Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, safety, and professionalism. • Participate in training, meetings, teamwork, and company values. • Follow occupational health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures. • Perform additional duties assigned by Supervisors. Qualifications & Requirements • Diploma or technical certificate in a related field or above. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel. • Basic English communication skills and ability to read and write. • Positive attitude and service-minded personality. • Able to handle physically demanding work. • Well-organized and responsible. • Good personal appearance and grooming. • Strong, healthy, and able to work actively.
