Position Purpose Provide professional and friendly guest assistance, including luggage handling, transportation support, vehicle care, and Front Office support while maintaining hotel service and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Welcome guests with a smile and polite greeting every time they arrive or leave the resort. • Assist with luggage carry, loading, and unloading carefully. • Drive safely and follow all traffic rules when using hotel vehicles. • Keep the bell desk, lobby, luggage carts, trolley, and hotel vehicles clean. • Provide directions and local information, assist with guest requests, luggage storage, large item delivery, and transportation arrangements. • Check vehicles for potential issues or deterioration and arrange inspections or repairs as needed. • Ensure timely renewal of vehicle registration in compliance with regulations. • Support GSA with welcome drinks, cool towels, or showing rooms when required. • Handle guests’ luggage and personal items honestly and carefully. • Inform outside drivers to turn off vehicle engines while waiting for guests at the entrance. • Maintain a neat and professional appearance, good hygiene, positive attitude, and friendly service. Qualifications & Requirements • Friendly, polite, and service-minded. • Able to assist with luggage and guest transportation needs. • Able to drive safely and follow traffic regulations. • Responsible and careful when handling guest belongings. • Able to support Front Office operations when required. • Maintain professional grooming, hygiene, and positive behavior.
