Location: Ascott Sathorn Bangkok & Somerset Park Suanplu Bangkok Department: Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full-time Position Level: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager Position Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager ? Corporate to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key corporate accounts, maximizing room and other hotel revenues, and strengthening long-term relationships with clients to achieve the hotel's business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and hotel revenue targets. Identify and acquire new corporate accounts and business opportunities. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients and key accounts. - Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, site inspections, and business meetings. - Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and business agreements in line with hotel strategy. - Proactively seek opportunities to increase room, meeting, event, and other hotel revenues. - Monitor account production, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. - Prepare sales proposals, contracts, sales call reports, forecasts, and other sales reports as required. - Work closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Reservations, F&B, and other departments to maximize business conversion and guest satisfaction. - Participate in trade shows, networking events, sales trips, roadshows, and other promotional activities. - Ensure excellent customer service and follow up with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. - Support the Director of Sales / Director of Sales & Marketing in achieving the hotel's overall commercial objectives. - For the Senior Sales Manager level, provide guidance and coaching to Sales Executives and support the team in achieving departmental targets ** Interested applicants are invited to submit your cv to [email protected] ** Candidate with most qualifications meet will be contacted for further process.
