Executive Housekeeper

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall management and operation of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel. The position leads the housekeeping team, manages departmental budgets and resources, and works closely with other departments to maintain excellent operational and service standards. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Housekeeping , preferably in a luxury hotel or resort. • At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position . • Experience in a high-volume hotel/resort environment is preferred. • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, linen management, and hygiene standards.
