Bar Supervisor (โรงแรมเคป กูดู เกาะยาวน้อย)

1.Supervise the setup, operation, and closing of the bar area. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in assigned areas. 2.Inspect outlet environment to ensure cleanliness and order; rectify deficiencies. 3.Monitor Happy Hour service and ensure setup and offers meet hotel standards. 4.Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with courtesy and professionalism. 5.Greet guests, assist with service, and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction. 6.Be familiar with all hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to respond to guest inquiries. 7.Coordinate with restaurant service teams and kitchen for smooth operation. 8.Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and review service details, special promotions, or issues. 9.Supervise and schedule bar team members; ensure punctuality and proper grooming. 10.Prepare monthly rosters with the F&B supervisor & Manager based on staffing guidelines and adjust to business needs. 11.Train new bartenders on drink preparation, presentation, POS use, hygiene, and hotel standards. 12.Take an active role in coaching and developing junior staff. 13.Conduct regular performance checks and document attendance or behavioral issues. 14.Maintain high standards of beverage presentation and service quality. 15.Ensure proper garnishes and drink specs per hotel guidelines. 16.Create and update cocktail menus, including POS programming. 17.Conduct monthly inventory of bar stock, equipment, and glassware. 18.Establish (PAR) levels and complete requisitions to replenish shortages. Monitor beverage stock, ensuring proper rotation and storage practices. Ensure each liquor bottle used is backed by an empty bottle exchange. 19.Review previous day?s sales and beverage costs; resolve discrepancies with Accounting. 20.Ensure transfer slips and spill sheets are completed per procedures. 21.Manage all beverage purchasing and maintain stock levels for forecasted demand. 22.Regularly inspect storage areas for organization and hygiene. 23.Support beverage operations during events and special occasions as required. 24.Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B Manager.
