Food & Beverage Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join our resort team and lead our F&B operations to deliver memorable guest experiences. What you’ll be responsible for . . . • Lead and oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets • Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction • Develop and motivate the F&B team through effective leadership and training • Drive revenue through creative promotions, upselling, and cost-effective operations • Monitor F&B costs, inventory, purchasing, and overall departmental profitability • Develop menus, concepts, and guest experiences in collaboration with the culinary and management teams • Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, and sustainability practices • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless overall resort experience What we’re looking for . . . • Previous experience in a similar F&B Manager / Assistant F&B Manager role, preferably within a resort environment • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills • Good understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and revenue management • Guest-focused mindset with strong attention to service quality • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Passion for hospitality and developing people If you’re ready to take the next step in your hospitality career and be part of a team that values people, guest experience, and responsible hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
