Position Purpose
Senior Spa Therapist is responsible for overseeing daily Spa Therapist operations, ensuring service standards, treatment quality, product inventory, and cleanliness across all spa treatment and relaxation areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver spa services including body treatments, massages, facials, and packages in a safe and professional manner.
• Ensure all service standards are strictly met.
• Maintain equipment and product inventory.
• Oversee product inventory and cleanliness of treatment rooms, spa pantry, product store, manicure & pedicure room, and relaxation areas.
• Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities and secure equipment at the end of each shift.
• Respond to guest queries, needs, and expectations professionally.
• Suggest and promote retail products and additional services.
• Maintain hygiene standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Apply best practices and stay updated with market trends.
• Report maintenance issues and assist the Spa Reception desk when required.
• Maintain required licenses and certifications.
• Support colleagues and promote teamwork.
• Follow company, hotel, and department policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional grooming, uniform, and personal hygiene standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Middle School graduate or higher.
• Certificate from the Ministry of Public Health or reliable institutes in Thai Massage and Foot Massage; additional certificates are an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge and experience in Body Massage, Body Treatments, and Facial Treatments.
• Manicure and Pedicure knowledge/experience is an advantage.
• Good English and local language skills.
• Good team player and self-motivated.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.
• Willing to learn and open-minded.
• Able to work under pressure with good problem-solving skills.
