Position: Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager (Travel Agents) Location: Bangkok Office (with regular travel to Pattaya) Property: Grande Centre Point Voyage Pattaya Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager ? Travel Agent to join the pre-opening team of our new five-star themed hotel in Pattaya. Based in Bangkok, this role will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with travel agents, wholesalers, tour operators, and key leisure partners to drive room revenue and market penetration. The successful candidate will play a vital role in positioning the hotel prior to opening and establishing long-term partnerships in both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies targeting travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers, and leisure accounts. - Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to maximize room revenue. - Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and networking activities. - Negotiate contracts, rates, allotments, and promotional agreements with key partners. - Organize and participate in trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, and familiarization trips. - Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Reservations teams to optimize business opportunities. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities. - Prepare sales forecasts, action plans, and performance reports. - Represent the hotel brand and ensure strong market visibility during the pre-opening phase. - Support hotel opening activities and sales campaigns to achieve business targets.
