Sales Coordinator - Grande Center Point Sukhumvit 55

- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Sales team. - Prepare sales proposals, contracts, quotations, presentations, and other commercial documents. - Coordinate client requests, appointments, site inspections, sales calls, and hotel presentations. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, accounts, and business opportunities. - Coordinate with internal departments including Front Office, Reservations, Events, F&B, and Finance to ensure smooth service delivery. - Follow up on sales leads, proposals, contracts, and client requirements in a timely manner. - Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, account updates, and performance summaries. - Support the organization of client events, sales trips, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities. - Respond to client and business partner inquiries professionally and promptly. - Maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and other business partners. - Ensure all sales-related documents and information are handled accurately and confidentially. - Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Sales Management team.
