Multi-Property F&B - Digital Marketing Executive/Manager

POSITION SUMMARY JOB SUMMARY The (Food & Beverage) Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving awareness, positioning, and revenue generation for all F&B outlets within the hotel. This role develops and executes marketing strategies while actively supporting sales initiatives, partnerships, and activations that increase covers, average spend, and outlet profitability. The position works closely with the Director of F&B, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure marketing efforts directly translate into measurable business results. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES F&B Marketing Strategy & Execution · Develop and execute annual F&B marketing plans aligned with hotel revenue and brand objectives · Position each restaurant, bar, and outlet with a clear identity and target audience strategy · Plan and manage seasonal promotions, launches, and event calendars · Monitor market and F&B lifestyle trends to keep offerings relevant and competitive · Ensure all promotions comply with Marriott brand standards (Marriott.com Offers, Seven Rooms, Outlet Site Builder (OSB), Global Dining Portal) Digital Marketing, PR & Content · Work closely with digital, social media, and eCommerce teams for integrated campaigns · Drive PR activations, media exposure, and influencer collaborations for F&B outlets · Manage content development including photography, video, and storytelling · Ensure F&B promotions are consistently promoted across hotel-owned channels Sales & Revenue Generation · Support and drive group dining, private events, and corporate bookings · Source and develop local partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential activations · Support lead generation and conversion into confirmed F&B bookings · Ensure marketing initiatives drive incremental covers, average spend, and outlet profitability Performance Tracking & Coordination · Provide monthly performance, revenue, and ROI reports · Conduct regular evaluations of campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements · Maintain close collaboration with Director of Marketing Communications and F&B sales leaders · Support media placements and promotional material production Marriott Hotels strive to elevate the art of hospitality, innovating at every opportunity while keeping the comfort of the oh-so-familiar all around the globe.
