Hotel Manager

Hotel Manager — Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. * At least **5 years of experience** in hotel or hospitality management, with experience at Manager or Assistant Manager level. * Strong knowledge and understanding of overall hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Administration. * Strong **Leadership & People Management** skills, with the ability to lead, manage, and develop department heads and team members. * Strong **Operations Management** skills, with the ability to oversee and monitor the hotel’s day-to-day operations. * Knowledge of **Budgeting, Cost Control, and Financial Performance**. * Ability to analyze operational performance and develop strategies to improve efficiency and hotel revenue. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in urgent or challenging situations. * Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with hotel owners, management, and department heads. * Strong **Service Mindset** with a focus on **Guest Satisfaction**. * Ability to maintain and control standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and overall hotel operations. * Ability to develop and monitor **SOPs, KPIs, and Action Plans** for each department. * Good command of **English**, both written and spoken. ✨ สิ่งที่บริษัทเสนอ | We Offer - Guaranteed Service Charge: THB 2,500 / Month - Staff Meals – 2 Meals / Day - 15 Public Holidays according to company policy - Annual Leave – 7 Days - Free Staff Uniform วิธีสมัคร | How to Apply Please send your CV, expected salary, and available start date via email.
