Carry out appropriate assessment techniques to evaluate the guests’ physical condition and their needs by having a initial consultation and assessment with the guest. Plan and develop bespoke treatment plans for the guests that address the customized needs by considering their overall health, age, fitness level and any m medical condition. Apply a range of physical techniques (manual and with equipment) according to the assessment results. Integrate a variety of treatments which a suitable for the guests including tailored exercises and other therapies that the Wellness center offers. Coordinate with other Wellness specialists and Wellness advisor a holistic treatment plan for the guest during their stay. If necessary, include the medical doctor for some clarification or contraindication for treatments. Set up the treatment rooms, have it at all times clean and tidy and assure all safety requirements are followed. Not the right fit?
