Job Description • Supervise daily Room Service operations and ensure efficient service delivery. • Lead, coach and support the Room Service team. • Ensure high standards of food quality, service and guest satisfaction. • Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations. • Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally. • Monitor team performance, hygiene and operational standards. Qualifications • Previous experience in Room Service, In-Room Dining, or F&B operations in a premium hotel is preferred. • Good command of Thai language is required. • Good command of English. • Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. • Guest-focused with good attention to detail. • Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
