Responsible for providing professional spa treatments and massage services to guests in accordance with Anantara standards, ensuring exceptional guest experience, safety, hygiene, and service quality. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of professional spa treatments and massages according to established standards and guest requirements. Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, linens and spa facilities are clean, hygienic and properly prepared. Maintain professional grooming, appearance and personal hygiene at all times. Deliver warm, personalized and professional service consistent with Anantara's luxury hospitality standards. Explain treatments clearly to guests and ensure their comfort throughout the treatment. Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and escalate any concerns to the Spa Supervisor/Manager when necessary. Maintain accurate treatment records and follow all spa operational procedures. Support spa promotions, product knowledge and retail sales when required. Work closely with Spa Reception and other team members to ensure a smooth guest journey. Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations and the hotel's policies and procedures. Participate in training and continuously develop knowledge of spa treatments, wellness and products. Qualifications Certificate/Diploma in Thai Massage, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy or related field. Valid professional massage/spa therapist certification or relevant certification is preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort, international spa or wellness centre. Experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury spa environment is highly preferred. Good understanding of spa hygiene, sanitation and treatment procedures. Knowledge of spa products and treatment benefits. Good command of English for communicating with international guests.
