Assistant Purchasing Manager

Key Responsibilities • Support and execute sourcing activities in line with the company’s procurement strategy. • Ensure continuity of supply for assigned categories to meet operational requirements. • Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers in accordance with company standards. • Manage and coordinate the supplier selection and tendering process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Conduct price negotiations and contract discussions to achieve cost efficiency and value for money. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and specifications. • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality, and service levels. • Resolve supplier-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation. • Prepare reports and analysis related to sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance. • Support audits and ensure procurement activities comply with internal controls and governance requirements. • Assist the Purchasing Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic sourcing initiatives. Additional Skill: 1. End to end procurement process 2. Sourcing category management 3. Supplier relationship management 4. Auto CAD skill (optional) 5. Good command in English 6. Good interpersonal skills
