Job Description Recreation & Entertainment Operations • Manage all recreation, sports, wellness, Kids Club, and entertainment activities. • Develop annual, seasonal, and daily activity programs for guests of all ages. • Ensure smooth operations of: • Kids Club, Family Activities, Fitness Center, Sports Facilities, Pool & Beach Activities • Pool Activities, Evening Entertainment Programs • Maintain service standards in accordance with hotel brand requirements. Strategic Planning & Program Development • Develop innovative recreational and entertainment concepts to enhance guest experiences. • Create annual event calendars including: • Holiday Programs • Christmas Celebrations • New Year Events • Songkran Activities • Family Festivals • Wellness Programs • Team Building Activities • Corporate Group Activities • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings. • Continuously improve activity offerings based on guest feedback. Leadership & Team Management • Lead and manage: • Assistant Recreation Manager • Entertainment Supervisors • Kids Club Supervisors • Recreation Supervisors • Recreation & Kids Club Attendants • Entertainment Staff • Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations. • Develop succession plans and career development programs. • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly departmental meetings. Guest Experience Management • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and engagement. • Personally interact with guests and VIPs to enhance experiences. • Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and survey results. • Resolve guest complaints efficiently and professionally. • Develop family-friendly and luxury guest experiences that support brand positioning. Revenue & Financial Management • Revenue Generation • Develop and manage revenue-producing activities such as: • Private Family Activities • Team Building Programs • Bicycle Rentals • Cabana Rentals • Sports Programs • Kids Programs • Special Events • Wellness Activities • Identify new business opportunities and ancillary revenue streams. • Budget Management • Prepare annual departmental budgets and forecasts. • Monitor labor costs and operating expenses. • Manage purchasing and inventory control. • Achieve departmental revenue and profitability targets. Safety, Risk & Compliance • Ensure compliance with hotel safety policies and procedures. • Implement child safeguarding standards within Kids Club operations. • Conduct risk assessments for all activities and events. • Ensure emergency action plans are current and practiced. • Maintain compliance with local laws, licensing, and operational requirements. • Lead incident investigations and corrective actions. Facility Management •
