Duty Manager

Qualification o Minimum age of 25 years old. o Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. o Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Operations. o Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager will be an advantage. o Good knowledge and understanding of hotel operations and guest services. o Ability to oversee and coordinate daily operations across different departments during the assigned shift. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle situations appropriately. o Excellent customer service, communication, and coordination skills. o Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, guide, and motivate team members. o Ability to handle guest complaints and emergency situations professionally and effectively. o Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. o Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Property Management Systems (PMS). o Good command of English, both written and spoken, for communicating with guests and colleagues. o Pleasant personality, professional appearance, service-minded, and good interpersonal skills. o High level of responsibility with the ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
