F&B Attendant - Temporary SVC 50%

Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer service role within the hospitality or F&B industry. Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is a strong advantage. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with POS or hotel management systems (e.g., Micros, Opera, Simphony) is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure, problem-solve, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Language: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and timeliness of administrative tasks, documentation, and reports. Smooth and efficient inter-departmental communication and event execution. Positive feedback from internal team members and guests regarding coordination and support.
