Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

Work Experience - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or sales management in the hospitality. - Previous experience in positions such as Assistant Sales & Marketing. - Experience in leading a sales team and developing sales strategies. Strong Communication and Management Skills - Excellent communication skills, both internally within the organization and externally with clients and partners. - The ability to effectively present the hotel’s products and services to potential clients. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and business partners. - The ability to manage and lead a sales team, set goals, track progress, and assess performance. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to solve problems that affect the team and the organization. - A deep understanding of the hospitality industry and customer needs. - The ability to analyze competitors and develop sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge. - Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential - The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. - A positive attitude with a high level of enthusiasm and energy. - Flexibility in adapting to different situations and working with diverse teams and clients.
