Role Snapshot:
We are seeking a systems-minded Restaurant Manager who can set up a scalable floor service system, lead daily staff training, and consistently elevate service standards to maintain KVB's position as the leading restaurant in Laos.
Core Responsibilities & Accountability:
?? ?Scalable Floor Systems: Establish, document, and enforce daily service SOPs, opening/closing checklists, and floor flow strategies that ensure consistent quality across all shifts.
?? ?Continuous Staff Training: Lead daily pre-shift briefings and structured weekly training sessions covering service steps, upselling, etiquette, and product knowledge.
?? ?All-Day Shift Ownership: Maintain high floor visibility across key daily shifts?from high-touch breakfast service and rapid business lunch turnover to upscale evening steakhouse dining.
?? ?Service Quality & Audit: Track guest feedback, conduct floor audits, and continuously optimize service delivery to exceed international guest expectations.
