Job Summary Oversee the daily hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments. Act as the main point of contact for guests, handle operational issues promptly, and maintain the hotel?s service standards and guest satisfaction at all times. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and supervise the overall hotel operations during assigned shifts. - Ensure all guests receive professional and personalized service in accordance with hotel standards. - Handle guest complaints, special requests, and emergency situations efficiently and professionally. - Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. - Conduct regular inspections of public areas, guest rooms, and operational facilities to maintain quality standards. - Support the Front Office team during peak periods and assist with VIP arrivals and departures. - Prepare daily operational reports and communicate important information during shift handovers. - Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and security procedures. Act as the hotel representative and Manager on Duty during assigned hours. - Assist in training and guiding team members to maintain excellent service standards.
