Assistant Learning Manager

Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field -3–5 years experience in HR, training, or Learning & -Development (hospitality experience a plus) -Excellent English, strong organizational skills -Passion for learning and developing others What You’ll Do: -Assist in planning and delivering hotel-wide training programs -Coordinate training logistics and materials -Support onboarding and orientation for new employees -Monitor training effectiveness and track participation
