Loss Prevention Supervisor ** Key Responsibilities: -Supervise daily security operations to ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, and property -Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and conduct regular patrols across the premises -Lead and support the Loss Prevention team, including scheduling, training, and performance management -Investigate incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities; prepare detailed reports -Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and local regulations -Coordinate emergency response procedures, including fire, evacuation, and crisis situations -Work closely with other departments to prevent loss, damage, and safety risks -Handle guest and employee concerns related to security in a professional manner -Conduct routine inspections of fire safety equipment and security systems -Assist in developing and implementing loss prevention strategies and procedures **Qualifications: -Previous experience in security or loss prevention, preferably in hospitality -Strong leadership and supervisory skills Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage) -Knowledge of safety procedures, emergency response, and risk management -Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure -Strong observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills -Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays ----------------------------------------------------------------- Loss Prevention Officer ** Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises to ensure safety and security - Monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems -Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies and incidents -Control access to restricted areas and manage visitor entry procedures -Perform routine checks of fire exits and safety equipment -Handle lost and found procedures according to hotel policy -Prepare daily security and incident reports -Provide courteous assistance and professional service to guests at all times -Support fire safety procedures and emergency evacuation drills **Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent -Previous experience in hotel security or related field preferred -Good communication skills in English -Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts -Knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures -Professional appearance and positive attitude
