Chief Station

Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily service operations within the assigned station • Ensure smooth service and maintain restaurant service standards • Guide and support Waiters/Waitresses during operations • Welcome guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest requests or complaints • Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and related departments • Ensure proper table setup, mise-en-place, and cleanliness • Operate POS system and ensure accurate billing • Promote menu items and beverages through effective upselling Qualifications • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in F&B Service • Experience in a 4–5 star hotel, resort, or quality restaurant preferred • Previous experience as Senior Waiter/Waitress, Captain, or similar role is an advantage • Good English communication and customer service skills • Good leadership and team coordination skills • Positive, service-minded, and able to work under pressure
