● Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or an OTA/e-commerce role.
● Strong working knowledge of OTA extranets ( , Agoda, Expedia) and PMS systems.)
● Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, written and spoken.
● Detail-oriented and well organized, able to manage reservations for multiple properties simultaneously.
● Willing to travel or provide on-site support at other properties as needed.
● Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment in problem-solving.
