We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager ( can understand Thai speaking ) to oversee the daily activities of our lodging facility. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless service, enhance guest satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Skills:
- Leadership:** Proven ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering collaboration across departments.
- Problem-Solving:** Strong decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Technological Proficiency:** Experience with PMS ( EASYFO) and other software relevant to small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
