Required Skills & Qualifications - Certification in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or a related field. - 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist. - Proficiency in various spa treatments and techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and facials. - Knowledge of spa products and ability to provide personalized recommendations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities - Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, and other therapeutic services. - Maintain knowledge of spa products and services and provide recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences. - Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained according to health and safety standards. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their visit. - Maintain client confidentiality and provide a safe and comfortable environment. - Assist in managing spa inventory and supplies, including ordering, restocking, and tracking usage. - Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the latest spa treatments, techniques, and products. - Follow spa policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure smooth operations.
