Monthly P&L report Monthly cash flow report Monthly payroll burden Monthly stock control & inventory check Daily revenue report Daily F&B report Daily monetary traction report Supervise the purchasing department and ensure the quality and prices of purchases are in line with the company’s requirements. Prepare annual cash flow projection. Prepare annual budget for approval. Maintain proper budgetary control. Engage in any tasks as deemed appropriate by management.
