Chief Engineer

Responsibilities • Oversee, manage & lead the maintenance daily operations alongside the departmental activities within the hotel. • Offer expertise, guidance, coaching, and training to all team members in the department. • Assess the performance of staff members within the department. • Establish, strategize, establish objectives, and monitor the performance of employees in the technical department. • Manage costs, deadlines and training Qualification - Gender : Male - Age (years): 40 - 55 years old - Education level: Vocational certificate or higher - Must have at least 5 years relevant experience & have worked at least 5 years in Phuket - Must have worked in Chief Engineer position (or equivalent) in hotel or resort with at least 120 rooms for at least 3 years - Ensure knowledge of relevant laws within hotels and maintain effective communication skills. Additional features • Oversee and manage maintenance operations and the engineer department activities within the hotel. • Provide expertise, guidance, coaching, and training to new team members in the department. • Evaluate the performance of employees in the engineer department, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a head engineering in a hotel. • MUST be a team player with a proven track record in 5 star properties
