Join our DMC Family at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa. We are seeking a passionate Sales & Event Manager to drive our MICE business and lead our professional Event & Wedding Planning services to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Sales and Events within the hospitality or service industry.
3. Proven expertise in Wedding Organization and Wedding Planning, from creative concept design to full on-site execution.
4. Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities for MICE, social events, and weddings to achieve revenue targets.
5. Delivering refined Thai hospitality with a focus on Ownership and Sustainability to ensure the highest guest satisfaction.
