PA Attendant

JOB TITLE : PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT DIVISION : GUEST EXPERIENCE DEPARTMENT : HOUSEKEEPING REPORTS TO : HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR GENERAL MISSION - To provide cleaning service to all public areas and respond to guest requests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in accordance to Hotel established standards. - To clean guest floors, guest public toilet, F&B outlet, back of the house office, locker room and surrounding service areas in accordance to the standard required by our hotel. RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS - To provide a courteous and professional service at all times. - To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments. - Take extreme care with personal grooming in order to maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance. - To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES - To clean all assigned public areas and designated public area in accordance with the established procedure. - Follow schedule of cleaning assigned - Be responsible for the care and maintenance of his/her work store, trolley and all equipment and ensure that all equipment and materials are left in the same place and correct manner at the end of each shift. - Advise the office of any lost property and valuable and return these to the office as soon as possible. - Report any guest complaints, incidents of suspicious persons on the floor to the Public Area Supervisor. - Ensure a high standard of cleanliness of corridor and service areas. COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES N/A HUMAN RESOURCE RESPONSIBILITIES - Have a good relationship with all colleagues. - Understand, supportive, encouraging and helpful to all. RELATIONS - Reports directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION - To be ready and responsible when assigned, to perform any other duties as required from time to time by the Management of the hotel.
