Cluster Sales Mgr. or Senior Sale Mgr or ADOS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Phuket base • Run day-to-day sales execution for both Andakira Hotel and The Aim Patong, keeping each property's brand voice, rate positioning, and target segments distinct (upscale vs. budget). • Own local corporate, SME, walk-in travel agent, and tour operator accounts for both properties; negotiate rates and allotments directly. • Track and report occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance for both properties, flagging risks and opportunities to the Senior Sales Manager and each GM. • Feed local Patong market intelligence (competitor rates, demand shifts, event calendar) into group pricing and promotional decisions. • Coordinate with the Senior Sales Manager – Corporate on any group/multi-property RFPs or corporate accounts that could include Andakira Hotel or The Aim Patong. • Supervise property-level Reservations coordinators/agents for both hotels; ensure consistent service standards and booking accuracy. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES / ทักษะและคุณสมบัติ • Comfortable managing two distinct rate/positioning strategies at once — upscale 4-star vs. budget 3-star — without diluting either brand. • Strong local negotiation skills with Patong-based agents, corporate clients, • Working knowledge of ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy forecasting; able to read and act on daily/weekly pickup reports. • Hands-on with hotel PMS/CRM systems • Good English and Thai communication skills; able to switch tone and messaging between two guest segments. • Organized and self-directed — this role covers two properties without a large on-site sales team EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of hotel sales or reservations experience, ideally in the Patong/Phuket market. • Experience managing sales across more than one property, brand, or star tier is a strong advantage. • Existing relationships with travel agents, tour operators, or local corporate accounts preferred. *สนใจสอบถาม โทร.076 366188 ต่อ 8404 หรือ ส่ง CV มาได้ที่ [email protected]
