Central Reservation Officer

Central Reservation Officer We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Central Reservation Officer to support reservation operations across our hotel portfolio. This role serves as a key liaison between the Corporate Office and individual hotel reservation teams, ensuring seamless communication, consistent implementation of sales promotions, and effective execution of direct booking strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with reservation teams across all properties to ensure consistent implementation of sales promotions, packages, and rate strategies • Communicate new promotions, booking policies, and operational updates from the Corporate Office to hotel reservation teams • Monitor reservation procedures and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest booking experience • Support the implementation of direct booking initiatives and campaigns across all hotels • Ensure all reservation channels are updated with accurate information regarding promotions, inclusions, and booking conditions • Work closely with Revenue Management, E-commerce, Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align reservation processes with business objectives • Assist in monitoring booking trends, channel performance, and direct booking conversion opportunities • Prepare regular reports on reservation performance, promotion effectiveness, and booking channel contribution • Provide training, guidance, and operational support to hotel reservation teams when new promotions or procedures are introduced Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Experience in hotel reservations, front office, customer service, or hospitality operations is an advantage • Good understanding of customer service principles and hospitality operations • Good communication and coordination skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities • Proactive, service-minded, and able to work collaboratively with multiple teams • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel • Experience with hotel PMS, Channel Manager, or booking engine systems is an advantage • Good command of English, both written and spoken Benefits: • Salary + Service Charge • 6 days off per month (alternate weekends) • Annual leave and public holidays • Birthday leave • Staff dormitory accommodation • Meal allowance • Group hotel benefits and staff room rates • Training and career development opportunities • Supportive and collaborative work environment
