- Mix cocktails, mocktails, and coffee beverages according to standard recipes and high aesthetic presentation standards. - Prepare ingredients (e.g., fresh fruits, syrups) and maintain strict cleanliness of glassware and bar equipment. - Provide beverage recommendations tailored to customer preferences and actively upsell menu items. - Track daily beverage stock, summarize sales figures, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or damage. - Greet customers with a friendly attitude and maintain a neat, welcoming atmosphere around the bar area. *** Qualifications - Thai Nationality only. - Experienced in a bartender position in a luxury hotel for at least 1 year. - Basic understanding of spirits, wines, and classic international cocktail recipes. - Efficient, tidy, well-groomed, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. - Able to communicate in basic conversational English with guests.
