HR Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develops and implements human resources policies. • Supports strategic objectives. • Hires staff and negotiates employment agreements. • Ensures compliance with laws and regulations. • Manages staff wellness and performance reviews. • Motivates and supports current staff. • Maintains staff records. • Handles employee benefits. • Identifies staffing needs and creates job descriptions. • Designs and directs training programs. • Creates and implements onboarding process • Handles Visa processes for foreign staff • Creates and implements Standard Operations Procedures REQUIREMENTS • Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role • Experience in controlling information budget • Excellent organisational and leadership skills • Previous experience in hospitality/sports is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Thai or any other language will be valued • Budget management experience. • Strong people skills. • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations. • Computer literacy. • Excellent organisational skill • A high level of passion for succeeding and a strong group of self-motivation • An effective team player with a strong work ethic • Ability to work independently without direct supervision or cohesively as a team • Ability to be a clear thinker, analyse and resolve problems exercise good judgment • Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult situations • Ability to work flexible hours, covering evenings, weekends and holiday periods • Outstanding organisational and multi-tasking skills • Excellent problem-solving skills
