Administrative Kitchen Coordinator

Position Purpose Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs by managing kitchen administration, documentation, purchasing coordination, cost control, inventory, staffing records, and interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain kitchen documentation, reports, correspondence, and filing systems. • Manage Wine Pro administration, inventory transfers, and input recipes into the Comanche database. • Prepare Purchase Requisitions and coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers. • Track orders, market lists, supplier pricing, food costs, and recipe costing. • Support stock counts, inventory reports, par levels, wastage, breakage, and expiry monitoring. • Maintain staff attendance, leave, training, certification, and onboarding records. • Maintain food safety documentation, temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and checklists. • Coordinate with F&B Service, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Engineering. • Track maintenance requests and follow up on repair status. • Schedule kitchen training sessions and support daily administrative operations. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B administration or a kitchen office role. • Strong knowledge of food cost control principles. • Resort or high-volume restaurant experience preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Experience with POS and inventory systems is an advantage. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. • Native Thai speaker with good English communication skills.
