Assistant Director of Sales

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. 3–5+ years in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a Senior Sales Manager or Assistant DOS role (Phuket market experience is a strong plus). Proficient in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Comanche), CRM software, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Core Knowledge: Strong expertise in managing key segments (Wholesale, OTAs, Corporate, MICE, or Leisure) and driving revenue strategies. Solid understanding of Revenue Management principles, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis. Established network and strong relationships with travel agents, OTAs, and corporate clients. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Proficiency in a third language (e.g., Chinese or Russian) is an advantage. Strong leadership, outstanding negotiation and closing skills, result-oriented, and professional personality.
