HOMAway Manager Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Location: Phuket, Thailand, working across the HOMA portfolio Employment Type: Full-time, permanent About HOMA HOMA is a Southeast Asia-founded flexible living platform, founded in 2019 as a joint venture between ACRE and NOON Capital. We design, build, and operate hosted lifestyle apartments that work from day one, for stays from a few nights to a few years. Today HOMA operates four properties across Thailand and has new ventures underway in Bangkok, Seoul, and the MENAT region, totaling over 1500 units. One name, one membership, one standard across the portfolio. Book direct with HOMA, and HOMAway comes with the stay. Every HOMA location has a HOMAway, and this role runs all of them day to day. We are looking for a hands-on operator to take over the many touchpoints that make HOMAway work: the events calendar, class timetables, the member journey, local partnerships, and coordination with every property team. Alongside the day to day, you own HOMAway's strategy: pricing, productisation, and communications, set directly with the COO. You do not need to arrive as a seasoned strategist. You need energy, taste, organisation, commercial instinct, and the ambition to grow into the person who owns this business line as it scales. What You'll Do Revenue & Product Strategy - Set HOMAway's pricing strategy: membership tiers, day and week passes, and add-ons, benchmarked against what each component costs standalone locally - Own productisation: what membership includes, how it is packaged at every property, and the signature local expression on top - Set HOMAway's communications strategy with Marketing: one story, consistently told across every channel and property - Run an active, recurring review of perks, partnerships, and embedded integrations; keep what earns its place and fix or cut what does not Member Experience & Community - Own the HOMAway events calendar, member socials, and class timetables, actively managed with on-property teams across the portfolio - Own the member journey end to end: sign-up, access, booking, renewal - Be the visible face of HOMAway for members, guests, and neighbours Operations & Coordination - Coordinate HOMAway touchpoints across properties: front office, F&B, fitness and wellness partners, and local perks providers - Hold one member experience and one quality level at every property, and flag what falls short - Work with our front office teams to introduce HOMAway to guests and neighbours alike Growth & Partnerships - Help grow every direct revenue stream: external memberships, day and week passes, guest access during stays, and member add-ons - Support corporate and community membership partnerships with employers, schools, and local businesses around each property - Partner with Marketing on launch campaigns and member communications Reporting & Planning - Build the reporting the business runs on: membership growth, usage, and revenue by stream, with support from Finance - Bring the on-the-ground view into commercial planning and budgeting with the COO and Finance - Support the Seoul launch and help turn it into the playbook for every future HOMA market Who You Are Required * 5+ years in membership based lifestyle businesses - hospitality, fitness and wellness, F&B, events, co-working, or community operations; multi-site or membership exposure a plus * Smart
