Assistant Spa Manager

The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spa and wellness operations. The primary goal is to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in alignment with hotel standards, while strategically driving revenue, managing operational costs, and leading a high-performing team of therapists and administrative staff. Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of experience in spa operations within a luxury hotel or resort, with at least 2 years in a management or spa manager role. - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Spa & Wellness Management, or a related field. - Valid Spa Manager Certification or relevant health and beauty licenses. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong professional grooming and a passion for the wellness industry. - High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for communicating with international guests and corporate stakeholders.
