Ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service according to hotel standards. Support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily operations, reservations, guest seating, and overall guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and daily guest counts. - Welcome and assist guests with friendly and professional service. - Monitor restaurant service and ensure guest satisfaction. - Check restaurant cleanliness, equipment, linen, menus, and wine lists before service. - Handle telephone inquiries and guest messages. Issue guest checks to Food Servers and maintain daily operational records. - Handle guest comments and report complaints or service issues to the Restaurant Manager. - Support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily operations. Qualifications & Requirements - Diploma, technical certificate, or higher qualification in a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in 4–5 star hotels or similar properties. - Previous experience in a comparable F&B service position. - Good English communication skills. Service-minded, energetic, flexible, and hardworking. - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Able to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Professional appearance and confidence in representing the hotel. - Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and hotel compliance requirements.
